Inside the courtyard, residents have ample seating and lush, tropical landscaping, further building community and connections to the outdoors. Covered outdoor walkways link units and peer out onto both the courtyard and Main Street, further blending the two spaces.
The building’s concrete façade, accented by wood-framed windows, ties in precedents of the surrounding historic design language with more modern elements. 4507 S.
