We’re still thinking about the conversations and community we experienced at ACLA Architecture for Communities Los Angeles' Design by Diversity, hosted at Pasadena City College. Taking place in our hometown, this year’s DxD felt especially meaningful.

We connected with students, parents, and educators to share our passion for the AEC industry and sustainable design right here in Pasadena.

Working here comes with a responsibility to bring the voices of our local community into design. DxD gave us a real opportunity to invite young people from the communities we design for into the future of our industry.
