This initiative, part of the METRO Joint Development Program and co-developed with East LA Community Corporation and BRIDGE Housing Corporation, introduces 50 units of transit-oriented, affordable family housing directly on top of the E Line Soto station. Together with the Cielito Lindo Phase 1 & 2 apartments across the street, we and ELACC have successfully delivered 109 essential affordable housing units at the intersection of 1st & Soto!
