This transit-oriented development is located on the East LA extension of the METRO Goldline, situated between two Boyle Heights landmarks: El Mercado and the Evergreen Cemetery. The project offers community amenities desired by the neighborhood in a design that complements this highly visible intersection. On the ground level, this project extends the line of commercial uses west along First Street.
